Everyday application!

I wanted to share a few pictures of how I use roller bottles to make applying our essential oils even easier and quicker! Some of doTERRA's oils already come in roller bottles which is great! Oils like 'Past Tense', 'Deep Blue', 'In Tune', 'Solace' and 'Clear Skin' come ready to go in a roller bottle and you can open them and swipe away! But what about all the other ones that would be so convenient in a roller bottle too?!

We make our own! Roller bottles are inexpensive and can be found at some health food stores and online on various sites. I buy most of my oil supplies at www.aromatools.com. They have different sizes and colors to choose from and are budget friendly. Each bottle comes in three pieces- the bottle, the roller ball and the lid.
I love to make roller bottles with OnGuard, Lavender, Balance, Melaleuca and Wild Orange or Citrus Bliss! I usually add 20-30 drops of my oil to a roller bottle and then top it off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. This works really well for oils like OnGuard because then its already slightly diluted and I can apply it straight to the kids feet, spine or neck! Here are some of my most used oils, and you can see a few of my homemade roller bottles mixed in. (the ones with the silver tops)
The kids think these little roller bottles are the best! They know which ones to grab at night time and love to do it themselves! Here's my three year old Bode applying OnGuard and Lavender to himself before bed. Amazing!
These ready to go bottles are also awesome for husbands home alone with kids, calling to ask what to do with the oils because someone has an owie, etc.. I say "Grab the lavender roller bottle and swipe away!"

I don't put all of one oil in the roller bottle because its nice to have some for massaging, putting in gel caps to take internally or using in another way. The oils are so versatile and this is just another way we use them to make things easier!
